We plan to continue the growth in our existing markets and expand into new logistics services products and countries. Customer Relationship Management and the CRM tool are key to enable and support this growth strategy for the company.
Right now, we are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team to help us continue our digital transformation on a worldwide level in the CRM domain. The idea is to deliver services in transformation and processes, implement the newest Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and manage the quality of implementation projects.

**» Key Responsibilities**:
- You are a key player in developing and implementing large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- The focus is on both the technical and functional aspects of the role.
- Working with Business Stakeholders to update, extend or migrate their current processes to D365 CRM by ensuring optimal use of the possibilities that Dynamics 365 CRM offers.
- Engage in sales journeys and innovative development programs for new and/or existing businesses.
- Train and mentor stakeholders and business colleagues.
- Collaborating and developing with fellow colleagues (Sales & IT teams).
- **Key Skills and Requirements**:
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Dynamics 365) and Sales Processes or similar capacity
- Knowledge of the main marketing, sales and customer service processes in the CRM field and of the main capabilities supporting these processes (e.g., lead generation & nurturing, customer management, opportunity management, ticket & knowledge management)
- The ability to design, build, test and implement Dynamics 365 solutions
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Knowledge of the main project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a team and with stakeholders from different departments
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
