Wir besetzen aktuell eine Stelle als Head of HR Operations (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) & HR Services) bei einem global führenden Handelskonzern.

In dieser Rolle steuerst und führst Du ein Team von ca. 20 Mitarbeitern und bist verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung & Transformation des Bereichs. Du gestaltest hier zum einen innovative Arbeitskonditionen in Bezug auf Vergütung, Benefits & Arbeitsumgebung, zum anderen stärkst Du die Employee Experience durch exzellente People Services.

Du solltest für diese Rolle umfassende Erfahrung sowohl im Compensation & Benefits Bereich als auch mit Payroll und/ oder HR Admin Services mitbringen.

Neben der operativen Steuerung aller HR Verwaltungsprozesse (Payroll & People Services) entwickelt Dein Team wettbewerbsfähige Vergütungs
- und Sozialleistungsinitiativen, um Spitzentalente anzuziehen und zu halten.

Ihr stimmt Euch eng mit den Betriebsräten zu allen arbeitsrechtlich relevanten Fragestellungen ab, verbessert kontinuierlich alle HR Standardprozesse incl. der Payroll und beobachtet die wichtigsten HR-Kennzahlen zur Ableitung von Handlungsfeldern und Management Reports für die Geschäftsführung.

Erfahrungen mit SAP HCM sind hilfreich, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich für diese Rolle.

| REMOTE WORK POLICY

Du kannst in dieser Rolle hybrid remote aus dem Office in Hamburg arbeiten (~2-3 Tage pro Woche).

Solltest Du für diese Rolle nach Hamburg umziehen oder reisen, dann werden Deine Relocation bzw. Reisekosten natürlich übernommen.
