**Das erwartet dich**:

- Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen im B2B Bereich
- Beratung und Betreuung von Geschäftskunden in allen Belangen, für die Sicherstellung einer außerordentlichen Customer experience
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und verschiedenen externen, internationalen Partnern
- Lösung von Problemen und Klärung von offenen Fragen sowie die Unterstützung im Buchungsprozess

**Das bringst du mit**:

- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Tourismusbereich; Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung in der Tourismusbranche sind ebenfalls willkommen
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Reservierungstools (z.b.: Amadeus, TOMA, Blank)
- die Bereitschaft in einem Schichtsystem und 1x im Monat an einem halben Samstag zu arbeiten
- Leidenschaft für die Lösung von Problemen und die Sicherstellung von einer einzigartigen Customer Experience
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Stressresistenz und strategische Denkweise
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
