**Dein Job**:

- Du bist Teil des Financial Risk & Control Bereiches und analysierst, dokumentierst und optimierst konzernübergreifend eigenständig bestehende Prozesse entlang der gesamten Value Chain
- Innerhalb deiner Aufgabe bist du Hauptansprechpartner*in zum Thema Prozessdesign und erarbeitest mit und für interne Stakeholder sowie die Geschäftsführung Prozesslandkarten und Optimierungspotentiale
- Dabei hast du stets die Automatisierung und Digitalisierung der Prozesse im Blick
- Innerhalb der Organisation initiierst du Workshops zu Prozessen und Optimierungen und baust selbstständig ein Koordinator*innen-Netzwerk bei LichtBlick auf
- Du bist in internationale Projekte, vor allem mit unserem Mutterkonzern Eneco, eingebunden und stellst hier die Umsetzung von Vorgaben bei LichtBlick sicher
- Du bist für die Aufgabe und Pflege eines umfassenden Risiko
- und Kontrollregisters verantwortlich und arbeitest eng mit dem Operational Risk Management und der Geschäftsführung zusammen
- Zusätzlich kommunizierst du Prozess
- und Systemänderungen sowie Störungen an die jeweiligen Fachbereichsverantwortlichen

**Deine Skills**:

- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Master-) Studium, idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Prozessdesign
- und Optimierung sammeln können und brennst für deinen Job
- Idealerweise hast du bereits in Matrixstrukturen gearbeitet und bringst auch erste Kenntnisse im Energiesektor mit
- Du verfügst über ein hohes analytisches Denkvermögen und ein hervorragendes Zahlenverständnis
- Du kannst dich hervorragend selbst organisieren und managen und weißt zu jeder Zeit, wo du stehst und wo die Prioritäten liegen
- Deine konzeptionellen und analytischen Fähigkeiten sind stark ausgeprägt
- Du bist in der Zusammenarbeit über alle Schnittstellen und Hierarchieebenen hinweg kommunikationsstark, empathisch, kooperativ und lösungsorientiert
- Du würdest dich als strukturiert, zielorientiert und herzlich beschreiben? Das passt zu uns
