Communication Designer

**What you’ll do**:
**You’ll take a key role in bringing our brand to life and shaping how TEAMS communicates**— internally and externally.**Your work will include**:
**Design & Brand**:

- Evolve and maintain our Corporate Design across all media and channels (print + digital)
- Lead and execute brand-related photography and professional image editing
- Create and document brand guidelines and style guides
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling for client and internal projects
- Design marketing assets: websites, landing pages, event materials, packaging, etc.

**Marketing & Communication**:

- Plan and create content for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky, etc.)
- Help shape strategic communication concepts to reach defined audiences
- Ensure a consistent global brand message across platforms
- Contribute to campaign planning, implementation, and performance tracking
- Identify trends and bring fresh, creative input to evolve our marketing strategy

**What you bring**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in communication design preferably in a marketing environment
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in communication design or graphic design
- Deep expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (We are not working with Canva)
- Strong skills in digital image editing, retouching, and brand photography
- Experience in documenting and generating strategic and visual guidelines
- Implement and refine our corporate identity consistently across all touchpoints
- Conceptualize and develop engaging content for social media, ensuring alignment with brand values and our global objectives
- Develop and execute creative concepts for customer projects according to their needs
- You know how to justify concept and design decisions
- Interest in current digital and design trends
- Fluency in German (C2) and English

**Bonus skills we’d love**:

- Experience in packaging design and print production
- Knowledge in UX/UI design
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing principles
- All global studio spaces.

Our Hamburg studio is located in the creative heart of Winterhude, right by the Alster. We work in a beautifully converted carpenter’s loft across two spacious levels, complete with a workshop and event space. We expended further into two office-locations in Hamburg in 2022.
