We hire a Nordic Business Development team lead to join our fast-growing team.

**One Click LCA powers the makers of a zero-carbon future.**

Our innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 140 countries and is growing rapidly. We provide a Life Cycle Assessment software platform and supporting services. We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

**We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our Nordic business development**

As a team lead you will play a crucial role in scaling up the company. You need to possess the necessary skills and experience required to develop business in an increasingly diverse market place in the Nordic region.

You will lead the Nordic business development team of four and have also personal sales responsibility. You will be responsible for the Nordic teams success in identifying customer needs and opportunities and helping them to find and make use of our best matching solutions.

This role is available as a full time, permanent position and can be based out of Helsinki or in the Nordic. The role requires fluency in English; fluency in other Nordic languages is highly desirable.

You’ll join a supportive, effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment.

**What you’ll do**:

- As a team leader you are responsible for a growing Nordic team and business
- Motivate, help in sales and monitor performance
- Ensure that your team solves customer problems and gets clients onboard
- Initiate actions to increase value of our services to existing customers, including by trainings
- Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out
- Educate prospects on the value of LCA & decarbonization
- Increase our presence via industry events and local partnerships
- Work with the marketing teams to create and localize key contents to the region.

**What you need**:

- Ability and motivation to become expert in LCA software for our sectors
- Ability to generate sales in a B2B engineering software field and helping others do the same using the best practises for the industry
- Motivation to help others succeed
- Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly
- Relevant degree e.g. in environmental or other engineering field
- Customer
- and results-oriented attitude
- Positive approach to learning
- Hands-on attitude and a drive to get things done.
- Fluency in English and native-equivalent level in at least one Nordic language
