**F&P Stock Solution GmbH** means working in a start-up atmosphere just outside of Berlin. We are international, dynamic, diverse and communicative. We are the F&P team with currently 60 employees from more than 20 countries. Our two managing directors are always in the thick of things, approachable and full of innovative ideas.

We are looking for a passionate and competent **Sales Operations Specialist (m, f, d)** to join our team. In this operations position you will work closely with our sales managers, warehouse management, Accounting and Buying departments. You will be an expert in Inside Sales as well as all the processes which drive our core business.

**How you contribute to our success story**:
**Sales Operations Management**:

- Enable our B2B Sales Team in the smooth processing and further expansion of our fashion wholesale business in Germany and abroad
- Handle the non-selling processes and all operational tasks of our Sales team, such as processing of orders, invoices, and controlling of activities in CRM system
- Suggest product combinations to our sales managers thanks to your in-depth knowledge and understanding of our stock and the needs of our customer base

**Inventory management**:

- Ensure the data quality of our inventory database by documenting the sales activities
- Occasionally check out goods in our warehouse

**Marketing**:

- Get creative and dive into content creation for our goods to advertise them to the customers

**You have the following set of expertise**:

- Completed education or studies as well as at least 3 years of professional experience in relevant areas
- Project management skills, particularly talent for organisation, detail-orientation, and multi-tasking
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and affinity to numbers
- Very good command of written and spoken English, ideally also Bulgarian, or Romanian; other languages are a plus
- Service-orientation and communication skills
- Passion for working in a start-up environment
