**Your Role**:
**Events**
- Create an Event Strategy to drive **acquisition** (B2B & B2C) & **brand awareness** at the country/regional level (Both online & offline) in combination with the **City Manager**:

- Organize events under the umbrella of our **EU Workshop Strategy** (Online)
- **Scout teachers** and teacher assistants within Le Wagon Local & International pool of Teachers to teach during our events.
- Organize **events on our campus**.
- Organize **events in leading Berlin coworking spaces** to connect with their own communities.
- Be an **active member of the Berlin tech scene**, attend **meetups** and engage in the Berliner tech community.

**Marketing**
- Write the **monthly newsletter** announcing the upcoming events.
- In collaboration with the Germany Marketing Lead - be free to **come up with your own event ideas** to generate visibility and leads.

**About you**
- You are a people person who thrives on **meeting new people** and making them feel welcome.
- You are a **clear and confident communicator**, with exceptional written and verbal English language skills.
- You are **based locally in Berlin**:

- You are studying Event Management / Marketing or have experience in an **event management role**:

- You like to tell stories via **experiential marketing** or content.
- You have a passion for **building, growing, and activating communities**.
- You are **passionate about technology and education**.
- You are a creative problem solver - **highly structured, organized, and have the ability to work to tight deadlines** to provide practical solutions on multiple projects.
- You have **strong project management skills** and have a real **drive for results**, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.
- You are **entrepreneurial, highly collaborative**, and love to help others reach their objectives.
