For our Energy Law & Regulation team within our Legal & Compliance function in Düsseldorf we are looking for YOU

**What we are looking for**
- Representing and advising the Uniper group in all matters of national and European energy law
- The focus is on providing energy law advice on German and European gas and electricity markets. This will include renewables as well as on the growing hydrogen and green gases business
- Advise the Uniper group on issues relating to power generation and transmission system operation
- Accompany legislative and regulatory determination procedures and, together with other areas, represent the interests of the group through written statements or in personal dialog with national and European regulatory authorities
- Represent the Uniper group’s interests in legal proceedings, which you will initiate, coordinate with external law firms and the business areas concerned until their conclusion

**Who we are seeking**
- Fully qualified German law degree with excellent qualifications
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a corporate environment or international law firm and experience in the energy sector
- Highly developed business acumen and analytical skills paired with the ability to explain complex issues in easy words
- Beyond the pure legal assessment, enjoy using the legal tools to find positive and business-oriented solutions
- Strong team player combined with strong cooperation skills
- Willingness to become acquainted with new areas of legal expertise and new and complex matters
- Able to manage processes in complex organizations even on tight deadlines
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
