To strengthen our development team in Darmstadt we are looking for you as
**Web Development Team Lead (m/w/d)**:
Join a team that is changing millions of lives. Transforming smiles. Transforming lives. Transforming an industry. exocad is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test. To work on very interesting new features, in a variety of technologies and areas of expertise.
The team currently is distributed between Darmstadt and Tel-Aviv (Israel), so good English knowledge is a must have.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Manage a software development team and lead them to meet their goals - on the personal, team, and company levels
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders from Europe and Israel
- Act as a focal point and the center of leadership - for personal or technical issues Provide inputs and suggestions, improve systems and products of the company
- Lead and own the entire development process. Deliver high-quality products in time
- Serve as an Agile coach when needed
- Participate in the hiring process
**Who we’re looking for**:
- 2+ years of experience as a team lead
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript and web technologies
- Good knowledge of modern web frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
- Good knowledge of.NET, ASP.NET MVC
- Good knowledge of software design principles
- Good knowledge of the software development process and popular agile frameworks
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with building CI/CD pipelines
