**Technical Project Leader (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leads tactical execution (timing, cost, quality) of Global Nutritional Health NPD projects
- Brings an aligned technical strategy and integrated project plan to the Core Project Team
- Provides leadership and technical expertise to the development of new products at developments sites and contractors
- Leads the technical development team behind the project and ensure all technical activities fulfil the country regulatory requirements
- Represents product development in Global Project Teams, ensure proper reporting and escalation
- Estimates and manages development site budget for assigned NPD projects
- Effectively leverages external partnership and expert network for external developments or new technologies
- Leads technical Due Diligence for off-the-shelf solutions or in-licensing options

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Master degree with long-term experience in Product Development or Ph.D. with several years experience in Product Development
- Experience in global CMC/Module 3 creation
- Knowledge of the Regulatory environment and laws and regulations affecting the Global Consumer Health Industry
- Strong scientific and business acumen
- A proven track-record of delivering consumer inspired, science based and new to category innovation in the Consumer Health or Consumer Goods Industry from Ideation to launch
- Strong leadership skills and experience in delivering results in a matrixed environment
- Ability to work with and influence all levels in the organization
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
