Head of Commodity Group Procurement

**Aufgaben**:

- Leading and Driving various Commodity Groups with a three digit million euro spend regarding
- Supplier development (technical, quality, price, capacity)
- Risk mitigation
- Sourcing Strategy for new projects using electronic tools, structured negotiation methods etc.
- VA/VE activities
- Regional/ Plant requirements
- Continous development of the commodity according to business needs
- Synchronisation of Cross functional targets with other departments
- Negotiation of significant orders, price adjustment or other extraordinary disputes with suppliers
- Initiate improvement projects independent from sourcing of projects to drive further improvement of the supply base or to drive potential cost savings VA/VE and monitor the projects
- Ensurance of proper contract management for all commodity related suppliers

**Profil**:

- Master Engineering or Business Administration and at least 10 years experience in the procurement withing the automotive industry
- Knowledge in the procurement of metal and non-metal automotive components
- Strong negotiations skills, role model for cross functional approaches and good communication skills
- Good analytical understanding, quick learning and open character
