**We are seeking an Analytics & Insights Senior Partner to act as a member of the leadership team for the Munich Business Unit, supporting the General Manager in understanding the business performance and identifying pockets of growth opportunity across channels, customers, audience and products.**:
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Owning the performance reporting activities for Munich (consumer sales, controllable inputs)
- Analysing business performance across the shopper journey
- Implementing the relevant business sensors to foresee the changes in trends and inform the forecast
- Supporting the Munich General Manager by recommending actions to accelerate the growth and to achieve the targets
- Orchestrating key analysis moments to reflect on long term trends with business stakeholders
- Conducting deep-dive ad-hoc analysis to understand business performance by combining array of data sources and dimensions such as price, promotion, distribution, product mix/ assortment etc
- Blending historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analysis
- Partnering with the local leadership team (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to enrich insights with a variety of perspectives
- Ensuring accurate data flow from customers to reporting systems

As an A&I Senior Partner, you will be part of the Western Europe Analytics & Insight team composed of A&I leaders located across the Western Europe countries. Our mission is to empower & influence the Munich team to make the right commercial decisions and shape strategy, with unbiased insights and recommendations. You will report and analyse the company performance, ensuring data integrity and accelerating the growth thanks to a deep shopper understanding and a strong ability to identify and influence business decisions.
**Do you have what it takes?**:
- Experience within a similar role, ideally in a consumer goods industry
- Expertise in navigating within a matrix organization, to gain support from enabling teams and to work with colleagues across the World, representing your business unit regionally and globally
- Capability to work independently, acting as a business owner, influencing, innovating, and coaching others (including 1 intern)
- Interest in working with data scientists and data experts to unleash access to data and uncover unexpected insights
- Great communication skills, to impact and drive actions from data, making the complex simple
- Strong foundation in Data Query Languages such as SQL
- Proficiency to work in English
