Join us with your expertise in business analytics and help the Europe Central (D-A-CH) Business Unit as a member of the BUs leadership team to deliver the best to our consumers

**Core Responsibilities**- Owning the performance reporting activities for the Business Unit (consumer sales, controllable inputs)- Analysing business performance across the shopper journey- Implementing the relevant business sensors to foresee the changes in trends and inform the forecast- Supporting the BUs General Manager by recommending actions to accelerate growth and to achieve the targets- Orchestrating key analysis moments to reflect on long-term trends with business partners- Blending historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analysis- Partnering with the local leadership team (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to enrich insights with a variety of perspectives- Ensuring accurate data flow from customers to reporting systems

As an A&I Partner, you will be part of the Western Europe Analytics & Insights team composed of A&I leaders located across the region. Our mission is to report and analyse the company's performance, ensuring data integrity and accelerating growth thanks to a deep shopper understanding and a strong ability to influence business decisions.

**Do you have what it takes?**- Proven working experience, ideally in the consumer goods industry and strong analysis experience- Ability to work independently, act as a business owner, influence, innovate, and mentor others (including an intern)- Impactful way of communicating to drive actions from data and make the complex simple- Ability to navigate in a matrix organisation, gain support from enabling teams and work with colleagues across the world, representing your business unit regionally and globally- Curiosity to work with data scientists to answer the most complex questions and uncover unexpected insights- Strong collaboration skills and proficiency to work in English
