As a **Team Lead**, you will be responsible for the **development and growth** of **highly motivated and skilled analysts** who derive business value from big data using **state-of-the-art technologies**. **What you'll do**:

- **Develop, coach, grow and support **a team of 7 analysts
- **Drive and review performance of analytics solutions** to impact overall business results
- Be an **analytical sparring partner**, your team will provide answers to questions, explain insights and make recommendations **to the management team**:

- You deeply understand the business and its data needs. Based on this, you **generate and provide meaningful market and business insights **proactively and derive concrete actions for the customers, product and business from those insights
- **Drive the overall analytics strategy** to enhance data driven mindset and skills

**Who you are**:

- You have multiple years of **experience in business analytics**, customer insights, data science or/and consulting
- You have **experience in managing**, coaching, and motivating a **team**:

- You work comfortably **with senior executives **and are capable of outlining and presenting **complex topics in a simple manner**:

- You are a highly motivated** data enthusiast **and passionate** people builder**, coach and mentor with a strong analytical background
- You have excellent knowledge in **querying databases with SQL** and/or BigQuery
- You have **solid knowledge of BI tools**, ideally MicroStrategy, i.e. modelling data and creating reports
- You have also **gained some expertise in digital analytics**, i.e. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and A/B testing
- Business fluency in **English **is required, German is a plus
