The company sources and stores direct market data feeds from various exchanges and market participants worldwide. dxFeed has built one of the most comprehensive ticker plants, offering the broadest range of data services for streaming, consolidation, storage, extraction, and analytics. These include index construction and maintenance for buy-side and sell-side institutions of the global financial industry Job Description We expect the Finance Business Partner to: Partner with business lines to deliver strategic financial insights, Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, Develop financial models to aid decision-making, Provide periodic reporting for senior management, including providing analysis and insights that link financial reports to business strategies, Deliver financial literacy training to staff, Improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance, Review client accounts and projects to identify risks and underperformance of finances early, Undertake due diligence research on acquisitions and mergers, Communicate opportunities for improvement, Develop and maintaining relationships across the business. Qualifications Must-have skills: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or economic field, +6 years of experience working as a Finance Business Partner or Head of Finance, Professional qualifications, including completing an internationally recognized accounting designation such as CPA, ACA, ACMA, or ACCA, Experience working with business requirements, Ability to make complex decisions and rationalize them according to others, Strong analytical skills, ability to work with a large amount of information, Strong knowledge of Excel, Ability to work independently and proactively manage upcoming deliverables., Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, including effective communication abilities with individual colleagues, relevant teams, and senior management and board members, Strong negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Nice-to-have skills: Experience working with financial software is a plus.
