We are a dynamic and fast-growing agency specialising in digital. Our team is passionate about delivering outstanding results for our clients, and we are now looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Berlin office.

**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities for our agency. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and securing new projects. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Create tailored pitches and proposals based on client needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate records of outreach and interactions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract new clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within an agency or B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English& German
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and proposals.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent networking skills and a proactive approach to finding new business.
- Understanding of the [industry] landscape and client challenges.
