We are looking for a **Director, Total Rewards (all genders) **to join the **Total Rewards team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Reporting to the Global Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will be focusing on compensation and benefits design and implementation across our central and global teams.**

**Your main dish**:
- You support the development and implementation of the Delivery Hero’s Total Reward philosophy and strategy globally
- You provide data, facts and trends to support decision making and solutions in the local markets
- You understanding business priorities and People and Culture priorities to shape a compensation and benefits strategy which will enhance attraction and retention of top talent

**The ingredients you bring to the table**:

- Proven experience in compensation & benefits design
- Strong analytical abilities; advanced excel, tableau and people systems
- Knowledge of leveling methodologies (WTW preferred)
