UX Researcher

**Your role in a team**:

- Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics, including data analysis, and synthesis of findings.
- Identify and evaluate research methodologies appropriate for addressing specific research questions or problems.
- Design and execute experiments, surveys, or other data collection methods to gather relevant data.
- Analyze and interpret research findings to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Communicate and keep documentation of research findings effectively through reports, presentations, and other mediums to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions.
- Collaborate with product designers to plan, update and adapt research roadmap accordingly to the company's goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, academic literature, and emerging research methods to continuously improve research practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to understand research needs and align research objectives with business goals.
- Coordinate with Data Science and Analytics teams to leverage existing data sources and methodologies for research projects.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, Data Science, Design).
- Proven experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research and translating findings into action items, preferably in a corporate or academic setting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex research findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and managing research projects from conception to completion.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address challenges in the user experience.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- You are located in Germany, ideally in Berlin.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in research software and tools (e.g, Maze, Userbrain, Hotjar, Optimizely).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to handle changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in identifying research opportunities and addressing challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders and facilitating collaboration across teams.
