**All about the role**
We are looking for a Junior UX Researcher to join our growing UX Research Team to help drive the user experience of our products and services.

We work in cross-functional teams made up of Designers, Researchers, Copywriters, Product Managers, Analysts and Engineers. We want to understand what our users will love as soon as we can. We like to explore problems in-depth and we like to speak with our users on a regular basis, to explore what we are working on and help us understand their needs.

As a UX Researcher, you will work on products used by thousands of users globally, supporting their needs. You're hungry for insights - keen to get stuck in and uncover our users' needs across the end to end experience, then using these insights to help shape the vision and strategy.

As part of this varied role, we're counting on you to:

- Be passionate about digging deeper to understand underlying issues and goals; using your findings to influence decision making
- Get comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy tackling complex problems
- Advocate for accessible and inclusive design solutions
- Be a competent storyteller and communicator; bringing your research to life in your presentations and reports
- Enjoy collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts and other stakeholders to inform inspiring solutions

**Can you deliver**
Here's what we're looking for from you:

- 1+ years' experience in UX Research is an advantage - though not essential
- Experience and familiarity with a broad range of research methodologies
- A growth mindset, active curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills
- Comfortable asking questions - to internal stakeholders & partners
