Proclinical are recruiting a Field Application Specialist - HLA Typing for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt. The client is focused on improving lives by offering diagnostic products for both transfusion and transplantation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and report on competitor's actions and products.
- You will support with the execution of company marketing plans when required.
- Form and uphold present customer and possible customer relationships.
- Supply assistance for contract deliberations and tender actions in the designated locations.
- Recognise and resolve any client matters.
- Guarantee that all documentation and training resources are suitable, updated, and coherent with the instructions for use of the products involved.
- Start or assist on CAPAs when suitable.
- Consistently collaborate with other personnel within the company to improves on processes and products.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German would be beneficial.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Educated to a degree level in a biology, immunology, chemical sciences, or similar scientific discipline.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience working within HLA labs.
- Works well independently to troubleshoot product concerns.
- Capable of thinking analytically and technically with the ability to resolve issues.
- An organised individual with interpersonal abilities and a capacity to manage time efficiently.
- Works well within a fast-paced, agile, dynamic setting.
- Works well in a team.
- Capable of interfacing with cross-functional teams at all levels of the business.
- Able to handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to travel for business needs up to 50% of the time both nationally and globally.
- Computer literacy.
