**Who will you be joining?**

The Allianz Group COO Office supports the H4 Board Member and Group COO in her daily tasks, including prioritization, definition, coordination and communication of the strategic activities of IT, Operations, Business Transformation, Data Analytics and Data Privacy. The COO Office operates in a fast-paced, international work environment and represents the interests of the Group COO, while supporting with a great variety of tasks (board meetings, COO community, stakeholder management, etc).

**How can you make an impact?**

Reporting to the Head of COO Office, you contribute to the COO Office team with:

- Preparation of content, presentations and communications for the Group COO on all topics within her responsibility for internal and external purposes, in direct interaction/ alignment with the Group COO
- Contribution to the development of concepts related to Operations, IT, Business Transformation, Data Analytics and Data Privacy as well as providing project support
- Drive strategic topics on the agenda of the Group COO globally
- Interface between senior management and key stakeholders within the organization (other Operating Entities, other Board offices, etc.) supporting the flow of information
- Preparation and organization of a variety of senior management events, committees, development & learning conferences and other internal and external events
- Managing daily administrative tasks
- Carrying out other special/ project-related tasks as needed
- Any topic and task that you deem worth pursuing to progress Allianz's transformation

**What are you made of?**
- Excellent, above-average academic track record with studies preferably in IT engineering or related (diploma or master’s degree)
- At least 5-7 years of professional work experience in leadership, project management and consulting roles
- Working experience in Operations/ IT/ Digital innovation/Transformation topics
- Experience and confidence in working with top management
- Proven experience in an international environment with excellent cross-cultural skills
- Extensive insurance business experience and knowledge
- Very high analytical and conceptual skills, ability to connect different pieces of information to create a holistic view
- Leadership ambition and management potential for Allianz Executive or Allianz Executive Development Center completed
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and drive high-quality results
- Very strong communication skills and confidence in daily interaction with senior management
- High level of reliability, dedication and commitment
- Pro-active and independent working style with ability to deliver high-quality results, even under time pressure
- Excellent German and English - both written and spoken, other languages a plus
- Excellent MS-Office skills
