Head of Sales Workshop Solutions

Leading the establishment, management, and further development of new and existing workshop solutions customer accounts such as IAM parts distributors, fast fitters and tire specialists with global responsibility
- Driving the definition and execution sales strategies for the complete workshop solutions portfolio
- Leading sales/ revenue and order intake planning as well as creation of reports driving the business and projects with customers
- Leading a team of Sales & Business Development Managers and Customer Solution Project Managers
- Obtaining customer feedbacks on product creation and optimization and convey it to product management and R&D
- Leading contract negotiations with decision makers and senior management of international customers
- Driving analysis of national and international competitors
- Ensuring the execution of go-to-market, sales and marketing strategies
- Defining customer solution pricings in close collaboration with other Continental departments, such as Finance and Controlling
- Assuming sales and order intake responsibility and manage all activities to respond to customer RFI/RFQs
- Close coordination with the Continental legal department on customer contracts
- Driving definition, management and execution of necessary business processes and interfaces to marketing, product management, IT, legal, and customer support, etc.
- Conducting product presentations at customer events, trade shows and other business opportunities
- Representation of Diagnostics & Services Workshop Solutions within Continental and externally
