Team Lead & Technical Project Manager SaaS Company

Location: Munich, on-site 5 days.

Our client is seeking a Head of Professional Services to lead transformation and growth within a dynamic environment. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape a core business area, contribute to strategic scaling efforts, and deliver outstanding value to a growing international customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of IT consultants and project managers.
  • Oversee the execution of complex digital transformation projects.
  • Ensure project delivery meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Enhance and expand the company's consulting service offerings.
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships and support new business development, including proposal and tender processes.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in IT consulting or software / SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and business development within a services or consulting context.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale IT projects with a focus on innovation and customer value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all organisational levels.
  • Strategic mindset paired with strong analytical capabilities.
  • C2 German.
