**JOB PURPOSE/ROLE**

At Workplace Services we are currently searching for a Chapter Lead able to support our agile organization. As a servant leader this person is responsible to drive the optimization of our CPI and transformation processes and their adaption to agile way of working, leveraging on DevOps methodologies and to develop the respective skills of employees within the chapter. The Chapter will focus on the evolution of the profession of Process Managers and Transformation Leads.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- As Chapter Lead reporting to the Chapter Area Lead of Workplace DevOps and Quality Management at Allianz Technology SE, the person will be driving the optimization of our CPI and Transformation processes and their automation within the product squads.- Set clear aspirations for Process Managers and Transformation Leads for optimization (new way of working, high performing workforce, automated interfaces to CPI process and for service delivery etc.).- Develop strategies to address external market trends to foster innovation in the process management and its optimization to agile way of working.- Develop and evolve standard procedures for the onboarding of Customers to global shared service portfolio and transformation to new services.- Define sourcing strategy (global internal as well as external sourcing).- Develop frameworks for upskilling our employees and continuously provide relevant knowledge to our people.- Work with the Agile Methods & Innovation team to establish the right set of training, education and certification.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**- 2 - 5 years of experience in lateral and/or people leadership within an IT organization, preferably with experience in an agile organization.- Overall understanding of IT Workplace Services and relevant underlying products and CPI processes, dependencies as well as latest market developments.- Professional and intellectual IT ability at university level.- Experience drawn from leadership positions requiring frequent fact-based decision making.-
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.- Experience and advanced knowledge of working the Agile framework preferably within a shared service provider context.
