Our marketing team is hard at work creating brand awareness, building partnerships and developing a community around our technologies. To support these activities, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Events Specialist (w/m/d) to join our EMEA team in Berlin. You will support, facilitate and manage the execution of marketing’s event strategies and work together with your colleagues on plans put forth by marketing leadership, along with other stakeholders in the organisation.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support your Events Marketing Manager colleague with the management and execution of events
- Own the planning and end-to-end execution of specific events
- Conduct background research required for the implementation of successful events
- Keep our events equipment inventory in good condition, and manage the replacement of damaged or missing parts
- Attend events and activities when required
- Coordinate and staff for both Formlabs-run and external or partner-run events
- Build relationships with Formlabs customers, partners and prospects at events
- Work with our in-house creative team to ensure event displays accurately represent the Formlabs brand
- Log data and communications accurately from all events in our CRM: Salesforce

**Requirements**:

- University degree in marketing or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing
- Strong project management skills: You are highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and can work under very tight deadlines
- Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Proven experience of managing large workload and prioritising tasks
- Extreme attention to detail

**Bonus skills**:

- German language skills are nice to have
- Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
- Experience in rapidly-growing startup environments
