Be part of a team that’s redefining AI predictability in action. Role Description We are looking for an Events & PR Specialist based in Berlin to lead the B2B event execution. You will be responsible for planning and managing trade shows, exclusive business events, and public relations campaigns to support our marketing strategy. The role requires someone who can manage multiple events independently across different countries and is proactive in dynamic environments. Responsibilities Plan and execute trade shows and exclusive executive events across international markets Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor coordination, materials, and team coordination Develop pre-event prospecting and post-event follow-up campaigns Coordinate with internal teams to align events with the overall marketing strategy Track event performance and ROI metrics Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders Requirements 3 years of experience in event management, with a strong focus on B2B or corporate events Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously across different locations Strong organizational and project management skills Immediate availability Willingness to travel (if required) Able to work full in-person Nice to have Experience with CRM software and even tracking tools Familiarity with enterprise and C-level events Understanding of marketing funnels and operations Network of European event vendors and venues What we offer Opportunity to grow within a dynamic marketing team Professional development opportunities Innovative and c ollaborative work environment Join us, join Backwell Tech This is a fully on-site position in Berlin (no hybrid or remote work).
