The MIND Foundation gGmbH is looking for an Event Management Specialist.

Your job will be to plan, organize and execute the most important events.

The position is in full-time employment (40h/week) at the MIND office in Berlin-Friedrichshain, starting as soon as possible.

Tasks
- Create and manage our events from A-Z
- Manage events budget
- Agency and event venue negotiation
- Organize marketing material
- Manage and overview logistics, IT, catering, manpower and relations
- Integration of sister company into events
- Management of participants
- Report and review each event with the stakeholders for future planning and improvement

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in event management
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant academic degree in Hospitality, Event Management or Marketing
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Work experience in a fast-paced startup and/or not-for-profit environment
- Superior organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a team environment
- Ability to think conceptually, strategically, organizationally, and analytically and develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems
- Passion for psychedelic research and education
