**The day-to-day**
- Create smart and delightful product experiences that meet user, customer, and business needs
- Simplify complex tasks into efficient user flows
- Contribute to Guestline’s Design System
- Create prototypes and support a successful design handoff process
- Prove the impact of your designs by performing user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, from ideation to monitoring
- Conduct co-creation processes involving cross-functional teams

**About you**

You are a Digital Product Designer, with a proven track record of optimising user interfaces. You feel comfortable working with both existing and new products, and have the ability to provide value throughout the product development process.

- **You can work autonomously** - once given a project you can tackle the bulk of it taking input and feedback but making it your own through to successful conclusion
- **You’re happy to travel** - we’re flexible with where you base yourself, but we’ll need you to be free to travel to Munich and Shrewsbury every now and then
