As our Senior Digital Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our cyber risk quantification solution. You will work closely with our risk experts and business analysts, leading design and user research, and shaping the product strategy to transform our core SaaS product into an easy-to-use platform.

**Your mission**:

- Lead design and user research activities to enhance the user experience of the cIQ platform
- Shape the product strategy through lead-discovery activities and customer needs uncovering
- Pioneer the design and research practices as the first designer on the team

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in UX and digital product design
- Ability to understand complex concepts outside of the design domain and express them in simple user interfaces
- In-depth practical experience across the full spectrum of UX - from research to design and prototyping to testing and delivery
- Experience in working with, creating and maintaining component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders (Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, etc.)
- Experience with designing B2B products is a plus
- Fluent English is required, German is a plus
