Your responsibilities We are looking for a creative and agile Product Designer (F/M/D) who will be shaping Supernova -our web-based tool for designing electronics. You will have the opportunity to design innovative and user-friendly products to help revolutionize the world of electronics **Your main responsibilities in this position will include**: - Own the look and feel of the product, including its overall design and user interface - Develop a thorough understanding of use cases and personas who interact with the product, and design exceptional product experiences customized to their specific needs - Conduct design research, generate ideas, and build prototypes that align with user requirements/needs and focus on improving flows - Create a collaborative environment with other departments sharing the user experience feedback and ensure the product design aligns with the overall product vision - Stay up to date with design trends and best practices and continuously improve the design process - Drive agile product development while prioritizing the business outcomes **Profile**: - You closely worked with product management and engineering in a start-up environment - You have a product design background, while UX research is a plus - You are experienced with design and workflow management tools such as CAD, Lucidchart, draw.io etc. - You have knowledge of UX/UI, wireframing, prototyping and visual design - You are advanced with Figma - You worked with any product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, etc. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS/ React JS and Product onboarding tools is a plus - You are a great communicator connecting people, sharing your creative ideas and open to collect/evaluate feedback **We offer**: - An agile, innovative, and open-minded working atmosphere in a great international team, with a flat hierarchy and fast decision-making processes - The chance to play a decisive role in shaping the CELUS Engineering Platform and have a direct impact on the electronics industry - Flexible working hours, home office opportunities, as well as 24 vacation days + an additional paid Christmas week - German or English language classes - Our "Best hunter" bonus for bringing new superheroes to the team - Knowledge sharing sessions, numerous workshops, and our corporate library (online and offline) - Personal development opportunities (courses, lectures, conferences etc.) with a yearly budget of up to 1000 EUR - Regular team on-site and off-site events (cooking team buildings, pottery classes, VR gaming, escape rooms, etc.) - Monthly metro ticket or parking spaces provided - Free snacks, soft drinks and coffee in the office and free lunches in the local canteen - "EGYM Wellpass" membership subsidized by us, offering access to 5000 sport and wellness facilities all around Germany, including swimming pools, yoga studios, massage and more
