IT transforms the everyday of Siemens. At the core of the business, driving business outcomes, leading IT/OT convergence, acting as one team across Countries, Businesses and Corporate. The “Organization and Transformation” team challenges and enables new ways of working in a collaborative network-based approach and drives the transformation in close interaction with the CIO and IT leadership Team. We aim to leverage the full potential of the IT organization and its people in line with the Siemens company priorities, Siemens IT vision and IT strategic framework. We enable a learning and adaptive IT organization fitting the needs of a changing environment driven by digitalization, empowered employees and effective communication.

Using your expertise, you will lead a team of passionate and competent people (10-15) driving:

- ** Organization and Cultural Transformation**:

- Organizational design for agile and digital transformation
- Transformation, Change & Culture activities, tools and methods
- Learning organization
- ** People Excellence**:

- Workforce Management: Strategic Workforce Planning, Competency & Skill Management, People Excellence Analytics
- Learning Community: Development Journeys & Career Paths, Up-/Reskilling
- Talents/Entry Level Programs, University Relations & Employer Branding
- ** IT Communication & Marketing**:

- IT communication strategy
- CIO communications
- IT employee communication & event management

**What you need to transform the everyday with us**:

- Many years of experience in leading teams in large international IT or Technology companies and transformation programs
- Governance experience, preferably in complex/ federated organizational structures
- Master’s degree in IT or business administration with focus on IT or similar degree
- Strong strategic & management consulting skills paired with implementation focus
- High passion for and competence in Organizational Design & Transformation, People & Leadership Topics
- Positive energy, drive and can-do-attitude
- Flexibility to think & act in complex environments with high speed of change
- Team player, high empathy and integrity, collaboration skills
- Confident presence, assertiveness and pragmatism
- Excellent communication (English and German) & stakeholder management skills
