Agile Transformation Lead

**Department description / job purpose / role** Within H4, the Global Program Management Office (GPMO) has the responsibility to deliver and maintain the program portfolio required to implement the IT Strategy of the Group. **Key responsibilities**: The responsibilities of the Allianz SE - Agile Transformation Lead are to: - coordinate and steer the harmonization and scaling of the ongoing Agile initiatives and communication channels in the Group - run the Group Agile transformation office as central orchestrator of Agile initiatives, including the coordination of OE demand for Agile Coaching and Trainings - rollout the operational KPIs to measure the impact and value generated through Agile adoption, as well as track and trace the progress and adherence to playbooks, frameworks and standards - extend the scope for Global Community of Agile Coaches and support the existing communities in generating impact for the Agile Transformation of OES, capable of supporting OEs in the transformational changes to actively share their experiences and best practices in a (global) community - support OEs to get started on their transformation journey, i.e. engaging with the leadership to set up their transformation journey, get appropriate coaches onboarded, identify pilots, train/certify employees in agile ways of working, performance management etc. - create a central Agile learning repository to have 'one view / one vocabulary' in the Agile topic with frameworks and design criteria around People, Process, Technology, Structure and Culture **Qualifications**: - Degree background, with Project management / statistics / data analytics / Business Admin / social science or related field is required - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, Scaling Frameworks (SAFe, Less or Scrum at Scale) and Agile Organizational Design - Knowledge of agile product & software development - Extensive knowledge of Governance/Risk related processes - Extensive knowledge of collaboration-Agile tools (e.g. O365, Jira Master Platform, etc.) - Successful track record in process and program management in large, Agile and diverse international organizations - Fluent English, both in written and oral communication - Ideally professional coaching education in a business context **Experience**: - Minimum of 10 years working experience in financial industry or consulting background, good knowledge of insurance value chain especially products, strong organizational skills - Experience in implementing agile changes, steering large scale agile transformations and transitions and coaching teams and departments to a more agile way of working - Experience in training and educating employees on every organizational level, including leadership and senior leadership teams in agile way of working and agile leadership - Team player with excellent interpersonal, intercultural skills and "can do" attitude - Relevant international project management and Agile coaching experience - leading or co-leading projects with global and matrixes stakeholders - Experience working in operational agile environments with a focus on continues process improvement and incremental delivery - Strong problem solving skills and ability to challenge stakeholders - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders effectively in a dynamic environment and deliver in a high pressure environment **Skills**: - Agile coaching and Scrum and Scaling Frameworks like SAFe, Less or Scrum at Scale - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Lean Agile mindset - Strong analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - High level of reliability, dedication and commitment - Ability to interact with a wide range of internal colleagues and external professionals - IT & Agile Operating models - IT & Agile Organization models **Additional Information**: Senior Recruiter: Ms. Daniela Lindig: +49 89 3800 2345 / +49 152 09261520 Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
