Summary We are looking for a "Head of Digital Office (f/m/d)" for the "IT / Information Management" department at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible. As a department within IT / Information Management, the Digital Office is responsible for implementing the roadmap for the company's digital transformation. Under the leadership of the CIO, it acts as a close point of contact for the product areas and drives initiatives in the areas of cloud, AI, networked products, business intelligence (BI) and data management in collaboration with the other areas of IT / Information Management. Your Tasks- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives- Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency- Drive and lead initiatives related to Sovereign Cloud adoption in compliance with data privacy and security regulations- Evaluate cloud service providers and make recommendations based on organizational requirements and objectives- Developing and implementing a roadmap for connected products including Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and data analytics as well as strategies to improve customer satisfaction- Establishment of the Digital Office as a central point of contact for all BI and data management topics within the organization- Define and implement a comprehensive BI and data management strategy to drive data-driven decision making and optimize business processes- Act as a strategic point of contact for the product departments, understand their needs and align digital initiatives with their goals- Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders such as IT, Engineering, Product Management, Operations and Finance to ensure collaboration and coordination in driving digital transformation- Foster a culture of collaboration and digital thinking across the organization Your Profile- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business administration or comparable- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in complex organizations- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations and experience in implementing cloud solutions advantageous- Solid knowledge of business intelligence tools, data management methods and data governance frameworks- Proven ability to link business objectives to digital strategies and deliver tangible results- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage stakeholders at all levels- Strong understanding of digital technologies such as cloud computing, IoT, data analytics and cybersecurity- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously- Good German and English skills Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
