Teamlead (m/w/d) Marketing Europe

**Ihr Aufgabenprofil**
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des internationalen Marketingteams
- Umsetzung von globalen Kampagnen auf sämtlichen On
- und Offline Kanälen
- Leitung von Marketingprojekten und Messung deren Effektivität
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Marketingplänen und verschiedenen Workshop-Formaten
- Erstellung von Reportings mit Schwerpunkt ROI, um Optimierungsfelder zu identifizieren

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL o.Ä.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Consulting oder (Digital) Marketing, idealerweise aus der Agentur-/B2B-Umfeld
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Führungsverantwortung und Projektleitung wünschenswert
- Strategische und lösungsorientiere Denkweise sowie hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
