**Spark Networks SE** is a global dating company with an ever-growing portfolio of premium and freemium apps. Zoosk, our biggest brand, welcomes 40 million singles to its platform and is available in 80+ countries and translated into 25 languages. Our other brands focus on age or religious beliefs - like Silver Singles for the over 50s, Christian Mingle and Jdate for Christian and Jewish communities.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of Paid Search and Display Marketing (f/m/d) to join our exciting projects
In this role, you drive our Search and Display marketing strategy to drive user growth with profitable margins, and increase overall user engagement by devising, implementing, and running innovative campaigns across our markets. You have an eye for detail and are data-driven and focused on results. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, solid leadership experience, and proven success with past projects.
**Your mission will be**
- Manage our SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and GDN (Google Display Network) and App marketing (Apple Search Ads, Google UAC) channel activities, including budget control (7 Digit budget)
- Lead a team of 6 people
- Supervise the campaign performance by detailed analysis & optimize the campaigns for the target KPIs
- Be an early adopter of betas and innovative ad formats as well as trends to integrate into our campaigns (e.g. Smart Display Campaigns, Discovery Ads, Video in Responsive Display Ads, etc.)
- Drive innovation through continuous A/B testing
- Be an exceptional people leader and manager. Attract, and retain a high-performing team that elevates others around them
- Be responsible for the achievement of team goals
- Play a critical role in establishing the team as a thought leader in the search marketing field, by demonstrating detailed industry knowledge of search engine marketing
- Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementally tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best

- Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with the pressure of multiple deadlines, multiple partners, and complexity
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing
- 3+ years of experience with App Marketing
- You have a profound knowledge of mobile marketing (ASO, Performance, CRM)
- Highly organized with strong analytical and MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
