**GROWTH MARKETING, CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE**:
The Growth Marketing area is accountable for overseeing the Growth & Digital Marketing strategy of OneFootball Labs. Maximise the scale, effectiveness, and efficiency ofOneFootball Labs' acquisition, retention, advocacy, and lead generation across all of our digital channels, including owned, partner, and third parties.This team has the primary responsibility to design the OneFootball Labs' Growth & DigitalMarketing strategy and implement it to help value streams and the acceleration across theCLFP, Hattrick Collections with the goal to build sustainable business results for the Aera Marketplace.

JOB SUMMARY: *

The Manager will be responsible for planning and managing paid search campaigns, implementing best practices, monitoring the latest trends, and managing performance reports. This individual is a large contributor to the overall success of the business as you will own the day-to-day management of all paid search work across accounts and help develop strategies to drive future account performance for our NFT business. This person must be organised, well-spoken and have leadership qualities as they manage multiple projects to meet client needs. An additional responsibility will be to help build the company’s paid search practice via active engagement in online activities, monitoring and socialising new search trends and updates.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **PAID SEARCH CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT**:

Design paid search strategy, roadmap and priorities
- Build and optimise campaigns in the paid search channel (Google Ads, Google Shopping, Bing)
- Analyse results and optimise your campaigns based on set KPI's
- Leverage channel insights to support the overall digital marketing results
- Support local initiatives and tests, in collaboration with other specialists
- Test the latest advertising possibilities (Beta) and ensure that the brand is an early adopter
- Manage and partner with internal and external stakeholders, like Google and Bing to share insights on performance, trends and opportunities

RESEARCH AND OPTIMISATION: *

Researches target audiences within search engine platform tools and other resources
- Clear understanding of Organic Search results and balance between both channels, making use of SEO tools to support paid search optimisation
- Drives decisions around campaign architecture and setup
- Proactively identifies optimisation opportunities, tracks and analyses results
- Pulls platform data & prepares reports including campaign analysis
- Develops and implements test & learn programs
- Manages financial documentation, ensuring compliance
- Monitor and update pacing documents to planned campaign budgets while maintaining performance goals
- Provides ongoing feedback and evaluation of campaign performance and activity to internal teams
- Supports in developing budget projections with VP of Digital Growth

- Manage and motivate other paid social media managers to strive in their career as a person and professional

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 5+ years hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, and experience in working with large budgets across multiple countries
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search 360
- Experience with data feed management tooling and working with scripts is a plus
- Experience working with external data to automate campaigns
- You have great written and verbal communication skills in English. An additional language European language is a plus
