Working Student UX Research

**What you can expect in this role**:

- You support all phases and aspects of UX research activities in our UX Research team
- You are respronsible fpr preparing and conducting interviews, usability tests, concept tests, workshops, surveys, and more
- Furthermore, you analyze, interpret, summarize, and present data
- You task also incudes translating insights into actionable recommendations for UX Design and Product teams, and communicating user insights through presentations or highlight videos
- Besides, you conduct desk research on current trends and target groups in the streaming industry
- You support our UX Research team with Research Operations and process optimiziation

**Your essential experience and education**:

- Education in Human-Computer Interaction, (Business) Psychology, Consumer Research, Media Informatics, or a related field is required
- You have fluent proficiency in both German and English, as our target group is the German market, but our business language is English (minimum C1 Level CEFR)
- You possess a proactive attitude, take initiative, and work effectively and independently on specific tasks
- Your effective communication and strong appreciation for teamwork are essential

Working hours: usually 20h/week, can be flexibly distributed by arrangement

Duration: Depending on enrolment - minimum 6 months, maximum 2 years

Gross monthly salary for 20 hours/week: In the first 6 months 1.200€ & from the 7th month 1.300€
