UX Researcher

**We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our growing team, with a focus on conducting Discovery studies, B2B research and supporting developing user metrics. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights about our corporate customers, gym partners and end-users, helping to inform product decisions that are user-centered and support our business success. Operational efficiency in research processes is also a key part of this role, but the main focus will be driving meaningful research that impacts product development.**
- **
User Research**: Conduct discovery research to better understand our users' needs and behaviors, informing business and product direction
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure research findings are integrated into the product development process
- ** Research Operations**: Drive research operations by streamlining processes such as user recruitment, panel management, and data collection
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product design, presenting insights in a clear and actionable manner
- ** Usability Testing**: Conduct usability studies, analyze cognitive and behavioral data, and provide design recommendations
- ** Advocacy Advocate**: for research-informed decisions and evangelize user-centered design practices across the organization

**Your fitness level**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology or a related field
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years of UX research experience, preferably with a focus on Discovery and B2B research
- ** Research Methods**: Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- ** Tools**: Familiarity with UX research tools such as Condens, Maze, Miro and co
- ** Research Operations**: Ability to manage and optimize research operations, including user panels and templates
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-research stakeholders
- ** Collaboration**: Experience facilitating workshops and working in collaborative, cross-functional teams

**Your training goal for your first 6 months**:

- ** Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our product ecosystem and customer base
- ** Research Leadership**: Lead Discovery research initiatives that inform strategic product decisions
- ** UX Research Operations**: Help elevate our UX research operations, ensuring smooth processes and clear reporting mechanisms
