Working Student: UX Design and User Research Support

**Teamwork is dreamwork**: You support our team in conducting user research, analyzing customer feedback, and shaping design decisions that meet user needs
- **Being strong together**: You work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to drive project success
- **Experience project management**: You support various aspects of project management, including preparation of assessments and presentations, scheduling project meetings, and following up on action items
- **Teamwork is dreamwork**: You collaborate with internal colleagues and customers to gather insights, validate design concepts, and drive innovation. You participate in design sessions, contributing to the creation of innovative solutions
- **Inform your colleagues**: You analyze and present research findings to the team, including data visualization that tells a story, supporting the design team in crafting designs the perfect fit for our customers

**Your Profile**
- **Study field**: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field (e.g., UXDesign, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Thinking, Digital Marketing, Business) or similar
- **Skills**: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills that help you tackle complex problems
- **Experience**: You possess previous experience in UX Design, and you are familiar with design tools like Figma or similar, with a desire to expand your skillset
- **Personality**: You have excellent communication and collaboration skills that help you work seamlessly with others
- **Way of Working**:You enjoy working in an international environment with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- **Language skills**: You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
