**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- activities in the field of costumer and internal specialist training coordination and administration
- offer planning for costumer and internal technical training in required systems
- costumer registration to scheduled offers
- helping with improvements in training forecasting, planning and billing
- creation of training materials including interactive eLearning courses, online assessments, interactive forms, job aids and virtual / remote teacher-led programs
- carry out needs analyzes, create measurable learning objectives, design and development, storyboard, responsibility / test and creation of maintenance plans for the continuous improvement of online learning solutions
- support the training administration and related systems by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress
- willing to continuously develop in the field of market developments and improvements in training management systems and training strategies
- performing additional assigned activities

**Ihr Profil**:

- business fluid English
- experience in a service or training organizaion or equivalent
- experienced in training with a learning management system and project management
- solid EDP knowlegde
- good communicator with strong internal and external customer orientation
- good networker and teamplayer
