**Events and Trade Fair Specialist (m/w/d)**
Part-time 50% (20 hours)
Start: 01 June 2025 - initially limited to 2 years (31.05.2027)
As an Event and Trade Fair Specialist you are responsible for the worldwide organization of trade fair appearances and events. You ensure the uniform external image of the brand. You will keep an organizational overview at all times and ensure that participation in events runs smoothly.
**Main Tasks**:
- Coordination and organization of our participation in international trade fairs, congresses and other events
- Development of concepts for the exhibition stands
- Organization and support in running exocad events
- Support in the planning and coordination of project-related marketing initiatives and communication measures
- Ensuring our uniform appearance
- Independent coordination with internal colleagues and coordination of external service providers
- Trade fair follow-up
- Research and evaluation of international trade fairs and events in the dental industry
**The personal requirements**:
- Training/studies in event management, marketing/business administration with a focus on event organization or in comparable areas
- +3 years of professional experience in event and project management (sometimes organization of trade fair participation)
- Enjoy working in an international team
- Independent and structured working style with a high degree of flexibility and a quick perception of the situation
- Organizational skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
