Junior Finance Associate

**Job Profile**:
The Junior Finance Associate performs a variety of functions in support of the Finance Department, such as: support the preparation of reports used by Finance and the business, and auditing of Finance reports and procedures, support AR/ AP process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond with timeliness, accuracy, and service-orientation to questions from internal employees as well as external vendors and clients.
- Full range of financial and strategic analyst support.
- Track financial metrics and trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and highlight issues that may impact the financial performance of a project as well as the company’s profitability.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and other duties as required by the Finance Department.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting preferred
- Accounting or finance experience within private industry preferred
- or, an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job

**Computer Skills**:
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint) previous experience with Finance systems (SAP/Oracle/ etc.)

**Language Skills**:
Fluent in German and English. Any additional language is an asset.
