Für unser Büro in **Frankfurt**suchen wir Associates mit Berufserfahrung für unsere Praxisgruppe Banking & Finance, die hervorragend ausgebildet, innovativ, technikaffin und neugierig sind.

Ihre Beratungspraxis umfasst alle Bereiche des Finanzmarktaufsichtsrechts, einschließlich Lizenzierung, Outsourcing, IT-Risiken, Governance, Compliance, Nachhaltigkeit/ESG sowie die Beratung zum Geldwäschegesetz.

Ein Schwerpunkt Ihrer Beratungstätigkeit liegt auf der Regulierung von neuen Technologien, wie etwa der Kryptoregulierung, sowie der Implementierung von technisch-innovativen Produkten und Geschäftsmodellen.

Sie unterstützen Mandanten zudem regelmäßig bei behördlichen Verwaltungsverfahren und (internen) Untersuchungen, zum Beispiel im Rahmen von Verfahren mit nationalen und europäischen Aufsichtsbehörden, wie ESMA, EZB und BaFin.
