**To support our Frankfurt team, we are currently looking a for full-time M&A/Corporate Finance Associate (M/F/x) with immediate effect or by start-of-date arrangement.**

**As an Associate and part of the project/transaction team, your main responsibilities will include**:

- Develop financial analyses, including financial modeling, company valuations and financial statement analysis, to advise clients on a broad range of corporate finance considerations
- Support in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and restructuring transactions
- Draft pitch books, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and other marketing
- and transaction-related documents
- Coordinate due diligence processes
- Lead day-to-day execution of transactions, closely interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth deal process
- Develop and establish relationships with (prospective) clients, professional advisers and other relevant stakeholders
- Assist senior team members in various marketing efforts and projects as needed
- Manage, supervise and mentor analysts

**Your skill set**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics or law with an outstanding academic track record (achievement of at least a 2:1 or equivalent degree); additional qualifications such as MBA, doctorate or double degree as well as basic knowledge of German insolvency law are a plus
- 3 - 6 years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transactional Services or Restructuring
- Business fluent in both German and English
- Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of finance/accounting and valuation methodologies
- Superior attention to detail, strong work ethic and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong leadership and project management skills with demonstrated ability to work independently in a highly dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively
