In this role, you will be part of the EAF Markets division, which oversees sales in Europe, Africa, and France across more than ten countries. **The role** For our Office in Germany, we are looking for an Admin & Finance Associate. Your future tasks will be: 1- Focus tasks - Finance: generate reporting files on a weekly/ monthly basis aiming for cost control and sales analysis - Accounting: supporting tasks during month & year end closures (Accruals, A&L as well as P&L review and reclassifications), supporting tasks of accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, treasury and bank reconciliation. - Internal Controls: Control of Discounts, Bad Debts, Commission payouts & general reporting files 2 - Supporting tasks - HR: Payroll preparation, HR Administrative tasks (recommendation letters, contract & Workday management) - Admin: Contract management (Rents, Leasing, IT Systems, etc) **Profile** **Language**: English & German, French is a plus **Technical skills**: MS Office incl.
