After Sales Enablement Specialist

With our continuous growth, we are now looking for an After Sales Enablement Specialist within the newly formed After Sales department. The team's goal is to help streamline, optimise and implement the right processes throughout our after sales partner experience.
You will be responsible for
- Be in charge of ensuring a high quality of product knowledge for all After Sales team (Account Management, Onboarding, Engagement, Customer Success etc)
- Work with the local After Sales team to maintain a high level of training for our partner experience, including onboarding of new joiners.
- Collaborate with the team in driving initiatives to improve our partner experience and reduce churn.
- Work with the local After Sales team to achieve high standard KPIs, taking initiatives to increase the LTV.
- Be the point of contact for temporary projects for all the other centralised departments.
- Improve the communication between our After Sales teams, and the local markets teams through exchanging ideas and solutions.
- Improve the communication with centralised departments to align the knowledge of the teams, and assure a correct use of processes.
About You
- A deep understanding of our systems and tools, with a minimum of 6 months in the Onboarding or Account Management team (or similar).
- A full understanding of the whole after sales journey, especially Onboarding and Account Management teams
- Fluent in English
- Influential, resilient and highly engaging with stakeholders
