**Das können Sie bewegen**:

- Als Head of Logistic Services (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung des Bereichs sowie der Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Ihnen zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie zur Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Regelbetriebs, sowie zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Leistungsfähigkeit der Logistikoperation.
- Sie entwickeln Kennzahlen für Servicequalität, Prozessqualität und Produktivität und stimmen anspruchsvolle Zielbereiche für diese Kennzahlen mit internen und externen Kunden ab.
- Ebenfalls entwickeln Sie Dienstleistungsverträge und Servicevereinbarungen (SLA) mit Kunden und externen Logistikdienstleistern.
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die bindenden Verpflichtungen für Lagerung, Distribution und Außenhandel eingehalten werden. Die Durchführung von Logistikprojekten unter Erfüllung von Pflichtenheft, Zeitplan und Budget gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.

**Das bringe Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise mit Logistikschwerpunkt
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Logistikumfeld
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem operativen Bereich
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
