**YOUR MISSION**:
We are looking for a **Product Enablement Intern** to build and scale the operational backbone of our enablement function to support our Product Enablement efforts in getting our Customers and Partners trained on Parloa Products using a variety of methods, including online self-paced training as well as Instructor-Led Training (ILT). In this role, you will drive the processes, tools, and systems that ensure our ecosystem has the right knowledge, skills, and resources at the right time. While **Enablement Operations** is your primary focus, you will also contribute to **Instructional Design** by developing engaging, effective learning content that supports key enablement initiatives.
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- **Update Workshop Assets**: Rework our current workshop assets as needed when new features, functionality, or products are launched.
- **Optimize and Improve**: Evaluate our current Instructor-Led Training Workshop processes, and recommend improvements that will improve the quality and efficiency of delivering Instructor-Led Training Workshop processes.
- **Implement Improvements**:Make the workflow process for managing registrations, certification, and scheduling of Instructor-Led Training more effective and efficient.
- **Facilitate or Moderate Instructor-Led Training**: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to deliver Instructor-Led Training to our Partners.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to streamline processes and leverage data for decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with instructor-led training processes and tools would be beneficial (Zoom, LMS, or other event management tools).
- Have a passion for making learning accessible, effective, and measurable.
- Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn and collaborate in a dynamic environment, and has a proactive mindset and isn't afraid to take ownership of tasks.
- Possesses strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
