**About the role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced UX Researcher, with experience working on complex user journeys and service design research. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of our revolutionary sets of AI tools. You will be responsible for bringing the voice of the user to life in product and design teams. ***In this role you will be****:

- Identifying User Needs and Preferences: Conduct thorough user research to uncover user needs, behaviours, and preferences using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Generating insights and design deliverables that influence how our product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy, aligned with design and business KPIs
- Maintaining a Feedback Repository: Organize, manage, and analyze a repository of user feedback to facilitate easy access and reference for the design and development teams

**About you**:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in qualitative and quantitative user research with experience answering product questions and understanding user behaviour
- Proficiency in a diverse range of User research methodologies
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills; able to effectively communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**In addition, the following would be an advantage**
- Technical acumen with experience in data analysis, machine learning, AI and LLMs
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, pre-PMF environment
- Fluency in German in addition to fluency in English
